    I ordered a men's watch valet and the Living Social Voucher was not applied at checkout so my bank account was charged full price on order #863464.

    I purchased two vouchers from Groupon back in May or June for 20.00 each for two necklaces I received one but the VERTICAL MINI NAME didn't.. It says it was gifted and I haven't received anything. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RECEIVE IT????

    I got a voucher from Groupon for $36 for two personalized necklaces. I tried emailing the company with no response. Since the voucher did not work at the time of purchase I ended up spending a total of $126 which is astronomical. I wouldn't pay this for diamond earrings. I just want my voucher to work and get the rest of my money back!! What a rip off

    I order 5 items over a month ago. Order # 900879. Site states that production time is two weeks. I check for updates and there hasn't been any since I ordered. Really!?!?

    I have bought 4 monogrammed pillowcases. I have reviewed all 4 in a timely manner. I'm happy so far with this company.
    I do know that Groupon says to use the middle code. That's not correct. Use the far left number

    I order pillowcases monogrammed pillowcases with a Groupon and you also said that the shipping was free but it wouldn't let me check out without paying the $15 can you please refund my $15 back my order number is 891-9971 name is Cherise Brown my telephone number is 678-748-0533

    Your reviews are the worse. Do you even read them? I don't want to change my order I just want to check the status since the site says no such order exists. Your response to my question was not helpful.

    I bought 3 personalized bracelets, for my daughters, and only received 2 of them. Now I can't get anyone to respond with where my third bracelet is. How can I give 2 of my daughters a bracelet and not my third daughter? This company is a joke! They had no problem taking my money but can't provide the goods!

    OMG!!! I placed an order (after their site was down for 5 days!!! Failed to “ complete” but I WAS STILL CHARGED! Now I’ve received no less than 10 emails from various employees stating that:
    Your order is processing
    Your order doesn’t exist
    Contact us....which is hilarious because if you tap on their help link it states that the site doesn’t exist and I’ve must have entered their address in wrong-ITS THEIR LINK!!

    I placed an order on December 13th of 2015. I have NOT received my order yet. It's been 1 month. I see nothing but negative comments. Never again will I order from Monogram Online.

    i ordered 4 christmas stocking and it said 2 to 3 weeks before i get it . its been over month, it hasnt even shipped i dont even know if i will get it or not. phones dont work, emails arent replied...this company is joke and waste of money
