    I am throughly disappointed as I ordered a gift for christmas and have no idea where it is. I can not even track it. I get zero responses from customer service and i have asked three times. I ordered this on 12/5. 

     

    I want my money back.

    I ordered 2 items on 10/24. I got one a few weeks later. As of today I received 1 piece of a set. They just keep saying I'll get shipping info when it ships but can't say when that will be. Merry Christmas to me-not.

    I too have ordered 2 items which took me two weeks to get the ordered to go through and have not received them. In fact, I received only one email saying that only one order is comfirmed and can't get back on Groupon to get the number for 2nd item. It is a mess and one child is going to be disappointed for Christmas.

    Please I want to know what happened to my order it's the first time i ordered in Groupon so I didn't finish the steps to complete my order. Now I don't what I need to do please help thank you
