I never received my order it was a personalized pillow case for my son and I never got it and I got a text that says they delivered it and it’s not even showing what I ordered , not good costumer service, no phone # to talk to some one , very sad and very unpleasant experience

Ordered personalized pillow in March. It is now June and I haven’t received it. Nor have I gotten an update. I’ve emailed Customer Service probably seven times, and all I get is an automated response with no answers. I’ve gotten zero resolve and they won’t even refund me. Do not use this company! they should be sued and shut down immediately
